Been having some rather intense lipstick love with this summer’s Dolce & Gabbana Passion Duo Gloss Fusion Lipstick! It is a beautiful formula with a duo structure – gloss runs down the middle and it’s wrapped in highly pigmented creamy lip colour. I have shade Orchid and it is SO pretty!!

I think the packaging is absolutely beautiful. The gold is stunning and the extra long casing gives it an even more luxurious look. It feels really wonderful on the lips – super nourishing, creamy and very much like a balm. However the colour pay off is really great. Here’s a quick swatch.

Orchid is one of 5 new shades of pink in Passion Duo for the Dolce & Gabbana Summer Glow 2014 collection. There is also Lily,  Lotus, Jasmine and Amaryllis. Here is Orchid on my lips.

I love that it is light and bright – perfect for summer skin. For a glossy finish, the colour is really long lasting too which was pretty surprising as gloss usually just slides off my lips (or I eat it!!). As well as being lip conditioning, the colour is also very buildable. This means you can go from a sheer glossy wash of colour, to a full coverage shine depending on how you’re feeling.
