I told you about the beautiful Dolce & Gabbana makeup collection for Fall 2014 last month and now I have the Dolce & Gabbana Perfect Mono Cream Eye Colours to show you. They are possibly the most exciting element of the collection for me, so playing with these was so good!! Take a look…

The shades I have to show you are Nude 30, Bronze 50 and Dahlia 100.

The Dolce and Gabbana Perfect Mono Cream Eye Colours come in 2 different finishes – matte and pearl. The matte shades – I have Nude 30 – are thick  and creamy and the Pearl shades – Bronze and Dahlia – are light and moussey. Both are really easy to apply. Here are my swatches.

The Nude is pretty incredible. It gives the most flawless look on the eyelid and is amazing if you’re going for a simple eye look as it has the softest rose tint. It also sets and dries really quickly so is perfect as a base for other cream or powder shadows.

I love the Bronze – it is intensely pigmented and literally just glides over the skin and is super easy to blend. It’s a beautiful warm, metallic brown, perfect for a softly smoky autumnal look.

Dahlia is another winner for me. It is a warm bronzey purple that is a lot easier to wear than it looks and I love it against my amber coloured eyes. It has the same texture as Bronze and once set literally doesn’t budge.

The formula of these Dolce and Gabbana Perfect Mono Cream Eye Colours is really good. It lasts and lasts with no creasing. You can go for a sheer coverage for a lighter look, or layer up for more intensity.
