There are a few products I really like from Diptyque in terms of skincare and so I was really pleased to try this Diptyque Facial Skincare Travel Set. It’s a gorgeous little collection with a fabulous edit of essentials in very decent travel sizes.

I road tested this little kit on my recent trip to New York and was very pleased indeed. It also meant that I got to try a couple of items I hadn’t before and it included a lovely face spray which I have to say is definitely one of my in-flight essentials.

Diptyque Facial Skincare Travel Set Contents

- Infused Facial Water (1.7 fl oz.): A soothing, rose-infused mist that can be used in place of water, providing light, refreshing hydration.
- Nourishing Cleansing Balm (0.85 oz.): A vitamin-enriched cleanser that removes makeup and impurities, leaving skin soft and smooth.
- Multi-Use Exfoliating Clay (0.85 oz.): Used as either a scrub or as a mask, this detoxifying clay uses marble powder to leave skin fresh and clean, while apricot kernel oil nourishes.
- Protective Moisturizing Lotion SPF 15 (0.85 oz.): A lightweight sunscreen formulated with damask rose floral hydrosol to refresh skin as it provides around-the-clock coverage

The Multi-Use Exfoliating Clay is a really lovely product. It’s a great multi-tasker and brilliant for congested skin. It can be used as gentle exfoliator, or left on for longer as a mask. I opted for just the exfoliation action for my trip, as long-haul flights are terribly dehydrated and the last thing I needed was to over-detox. Under normal circumstances though, it is great as a deep cleansing weekly treatment.
I used the Infused Facial water on the flight after removing my makeup and then layering up my hydration products for my inflight facial. I take skincare on a plane very seriously indeed you know! Be careful with this because it’s not a fine spray. It can be quite wet, which I don’t mind, as long as I am prepared for it…which I wasn’t in THIS VIDEO – see 4:52!!
I loved using the cleansing balm to remove my makeup during the trip. It’s super luxurious and very effective at breaking down product and impurities. I followed it with a cream cleanser.
Diptyque Facial Skincare Travel Set is available now for £48. Find it at John Lewis.

It’s quite pricey but sounds amazing. Love that it’s a full set.
