Dior Lip Glow is rather an iconic product. It first launched back in 2009 and has pretty much become a bit of a staple in the beauty industry. January 2018 sees the introduction of some gorgeous sister products that form a whole new lip glow collection. There are new shades, matte glow and holo glow to enjoy now. Here’s everything you need to know with lots of photos and swatches.

When it launched Lip Glow was all about nourishing the lips and also giving them a little tint of colour – a colour reviver lip balm. It’s the kind of product that you need in your handbag because you can use it without a mirror to instantly freshen up the feel and look of your lips.

It uses a formula that reacts to the pH level to deliver a custom flush of pink individual to each person and also is infused with in mango butter for 24 hour hydration. I think it’s really exciting that this best seller is now expanding into a whole collection with new shades and finishes.

- Two new Glow shades – Coral and Ultra Pink
- New Matte Glow finish – Matte Pink & Matte Raspberry
- New Holo Glow finish – Holo Pink & Holo Purple

Matte Glow Swatches

This new finish is the result of a formula tweak which gives the balm a blurring effect and velvet finish. It uses mango butter and cranberry oil to nourish and the same pH technology as the original.

Both pinks have been created to suit all skin tones.
Holo Glow Swatch

I love this new finish. The Holo Glow has an iridescent effect and gives you lovely full and juicy lips. This is shade Holo Pink:
