Coach Floral Eau de Parfum Review – Inspired by the Tea Rose

Coach fragrance has a special place in my heart because when the original perfume launched back in 2016 I took a gorgeous trip to France to see the factory and find out how it’s made. The new Coach Floral Eau de Parfum is inspired by the brand’s signature Tea Rose.

Being a big fan of blush pink tones, I absolutely love the bottle. Like the original, lots of the bottle assembly is done by hand and with so much care. It’s really dreamy especially with Coach’s iconic Tea Rose charm appears on the brand’s leather bags and accessories dangling prettily next to the rose gold hangtag. Love it!

It has the same turnlock-shaped spray cap from the first fragrance and this is a nod to the original closure that first appeared on Coach bags in 1954.

And the new fragrance is all about positivity in a really uplifting scent.

Coach Floral Eau de Parfum Notes

Top notes – Pineapple Sorbet, Citrus Coeur, Pink Peppercorn
Heart notes – Rose Tea, Jasmine Sambac, Gardenia
Base notes – Crystal Musks, Creamy Wood, Patchouli Essence Indonesia

I love the fresh and uplifting opening of this scent. The citrus is perfect for Spring and Summer and I definitely see ‘sorbet’ emerging as a trend in beauty this year. The new Dior Hydra Life skincare range is all based on Sorbet and it makes me want it even more.

The pineapple note in Coach Floral is really lovely. All the florals rest in the heart. I love Rose and Jasmine Sambac. It’s a very full floral and quite sweet. It’s very pretty. I love the soft warm base of musks and woods and the patchouli gives it a nice slightly edgy feel. If you are a fan of girly, sweet florals, you’ll love it.
