Oh hello! Clinique’s cult makeup remover, Take The Day Off, has gone all jazzy with Micellar technology and a wipe format. Getting that makeup off is getting a whole lot easier. Right here, I have the new Clinique Take The Day Off Micellar Cleansing Towelettes to show you. Take a look!

Wipes don’t play a huge part in my skincare routine, however, when it comes to removing lots of makeup before you go in for a proper cleanse, they can be extremely useful indeed. The Clinique Take The Day Off Micellar Cleansing Towelettes are particular great for this because they fairly big and the Micelles really grab the dirt, so they can do a whole face of makeup.

Clinique Take The Day Off Micellar Cleansing Towelettes Features
- Oversized, super-saturated wipes
- Wipe contains Micellar technology to lift off impurities
- Removes makeup, smudges, dirt & grime
- Use a blend of emollient, moisturising & skin conditioning ingredients

Clinique are recommending these for makeup removal before cleansing, which is exactly what a good quality wipe is good for. I think people sometime rely on them for cleansing and that’s where things can go a little wrong. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a wipe as long as you use it in the right way.

The Clinique Take The Day Off Micellar Cleansing Towelettes are a particularly lovely example – nice and wet, and big enough to fold lots so that you are always using a clean piece. Great on waterproof mascara too with no need to rub. Fab! Also, they feel very gentle on the skin – no stinging.
They are £16 for a pack of 50 and the perfect travel companion. They are available to order online HERE. US readers can pick them up here.

I think they are good for eye makeup so you don’t get a totally black face when you doing your balm or oil!! xx
I normally use the mac wipes to get my make up off before I cleanse but they stink of fragrance so I’m so looking forward to these!
