I have never tried a mascara from this brand before, so this is very exciting. Check out my reivew of the Cle de Peau Perfect Lash Mascara with before and after photos.
What is Cle de Peau Perfect Lash Mascara Like?
Now this isn’t a new product by any means, but it is new to me, and as the Cle de Peau brand hasn’t long been in the UK, I thought this would be a useful review.

- Perfect Lash Mascara provides 360-degree coating of every eyelash
- Designed to achieve voluminous lashes in one coat
- Separates, lengthens, and curls the lashes
- Features a special squared brush that precisely combs every lash from base to tip
- Waterproof and smudge-proof formulation
- Developed with an ingredient that protects lashes against damage

I really like the brush on this mascara as it is slim and curved which makes it easy to get right into the roots of the lashes to lift and coat the full length.
Before & After Photos
I got straight in and got this on my lashes. Here’s the before with nothing on:

Here’s a light coat:

And here’s a second coat, even though it’s designed to be applied on one coat, because I am a creature of habit:

For me, and because I do love a chunky lash, the magic happens in the second coat. Many of you may prefer just the one coat, but I love the fuller and more extended look of two.
Now, this is a very long lasting, long wearing mascara. It doesn’t smudge, budge or move, and I think you will need a separate oil based remover to make sure you properly get it off.
I’d even go as far as to say that it’s pretty hard to remove, so you are going to have to make sure you take your time in your skincare routine to ensure you don’t wake up with panda eyes. This is a bit of negative, but on the other hand, you could probably do a high intensity workout and go swimming with this on and it would survive. It is completely waterproof, and in fairness has been designed to not come off easily. I think it is the second most expensive mascara I have tried, the first being the Christian Louboutin Lash Amplifying Mascara which is ridiculously good.
