Clarins, you had me at ‘Selfie-Ready’!! The Clarins Spring Makeup Collection is all about a flawless, poreless glow and perfect eyes and brows in a flash! I have the Ready in Flash palette, Glow 2 Go duos and the Instant Poreless primer here with photos and swatches.

This is a lovely concise collection with some brand new products that I think will go down really well. Exciting!!

This really is a cute range, the palette is super-sleek, the sticks are really easy to use, and the primer is right up my street because I hate my pores!

Clarins Spring Swatches

I am pleased to say I have all the collection here, and the packaging is great, especially the eye palette.

It has the cutest holographic winking eye and I keep thinking it’s an iPhone. Love it!

Ready In A Flash Palette

This is such a handy palette as many of the shades are multi-use:

• Brow shades  x 2
• Iridescent shadows that double as highlight x 2
• Matte shadows that double as liner x 2

The textures of the shadows is great – really pigmented and easy to blend, and the shades are super pretty. Honestly it is such a beautiful, high quality palette and it’s one I am popping straight into my makeup bag. The mattes are really special – they are so soft, they are almost a cream, with a soft radiance whilst still being matte. The shimmers are beautiful too; it really is excellent.

The packaging is really slim so it’s ideal for travel and in your handbag.

Glow 2 Go Duo Sticks

There are two shades to choose from in these double-ended sticks, 01 Glowy Pink and 02 Golden Peach. I love a stick product like this, and these have been formulated to give the skin a gorgeous, juicy finish. There’s a highlighter on one end and a blush on the other.

I love them both! That bronze is stunning! As you can see, a little goes a very long way.

Instant Poreless Primer

This promises to be a revolutionary pore-blurring primer that comes in a single shade suitable for all skin tones. It is a gel cream formula that transforms to a powder finish, filling in pores whilst also leaving the complexion looking fresh and luminous.

It’s a really interesting texture, and quite different to regular mattifying / blurring products as it goes on quite dewy and then slowly mattifies.

Apparently organic strawberry tree fruit acids work to absorb excess sebum and soft focus powders minimise the look of pores. It comes in a cute little tube that has a fresh look vibe for Clarins, in fact, the whole collection feels pretty fresh and new.
