This could possibly be the prettiest collection of primers you ever did see! I am loving all these colours so much!! Here’s a look at pastel rainbow that is the Clarins SOS Primer range. I’ll give you the lowdown on what each of the colours do, and the skin concerns they address.

There are six shades of this primer, each of which have been formulated to care for the skin and tackle a range of skin care concerns.

- 6 shades to choose from – can be mixed and matched
Clarins SOS Primer Shades
00 Universal Light – for lack of radiance
This primer is white and aims to reproduce light on the skin. It instantly brighten all skin tones.

01 Rose – for signs of fatigue
This colour corrector promises to be like an energy cocktail for the skin and the pink pigments revitalise and restore a fresh look.

02 Peach – to minimise imperfections
Beige pigments help to minimise the violet hue imperfections ie, dark circles, visible veins, or acne scarring.

03 Coral – to even skintone
Orange pigments counterbalance darks spots to instantly even out skin tone irregularities

04 Green – to minimise redness
Green pigments work to balance redness while the formula soothes the skin.

05 Lavender – for sallow skin
Lavender pigments work to counteract yellow tones in skin.

The texture of each primer is lovely. They glide on to the skin and make it super hydrated and comfortable. You can use one shade all over the face, or mix and match the formulas for targeted colour correction.
I’ve been playing with these Clarins SOS Primers and I must say, they are excellent. I tried out all the shades and each one is beautifully formulated. 00 Universal Light is great for a quick shot of all over brightness underneath foundation and it is also brilliant for mixing into your complexion products.
I was also particularly impressed with the green one because it is so effective on the redness, and couple of little tiny veins around my nose. It neutralises high colour quickly and I actually found it covered the tiny red veins and also diminished the appearance of pores in that area too. The formula is very skin perfecting. You’ll need a lot less foundation if you spend a bit of time correcting with one or two of these first.
Peach is also perfect for brightening, evening out and smoothing the eye area. White and Pink can be used as gorgeous dewy highlighters. It’s a very good product range and the packaging is super convenient too.
