Oooh I do enjoy it when a new collection from Ciate launches. The latest one is inspired by artwork in the New York subway and also the Antoni Gaudi’s Park Guell in Barcelona. It’s a square glitter fest! Check out the Ciate Mosaic Collection.
From left to right we have shades Mural Moment, Check Mate, Mosaic Madness, Fair & Square and Night on the Tiles, and I must confess, I am liking them much more than I thought I would!
Here are close up and swatches with 2 coats on a clear base coat for you. I should say that dabbing works a whole lot better than sweeping!
Ciate Mosaic Mural Moment Swatch:
This is a gorgeous mid blue, pale blue and baby pink. Possibly my fave!
Ciate Mosaic Check Mate Swatch:
Good old black and white. You can’t beat a bit of monochrome!
Next, Ciate Mosaic Madness Swatch:
Another fave with silver, blue, turquoise, lemon and peach.
Ciate Mosaic Fair & Square Swatch:
It’s a simple and very pretty silver and peach.
And finally, Ciate Mosaic Night on the Tiles Swatch:
This is a vibrant mix of blues, lime green and silver.
You can use the Ciate Mosaic polishes alone as I have, in a single coat or layered up. Or you can use them as a topcoat over a solid base colour. Up to you! I really love them. What do you think?
Ciate Mosaic Collection is available now for £9 each. My info tells me they are available at Selfridges although I can’t see them there at the moment. You can buy the full collection online at Ciate for £30.
