When it comes to nails, Ciate really do know how to put together a great collection and Ciate Haute House will go down a storm with anyone who loves deep, inky metallic nail polishes. I love every shade!!

I adore the way Ciate package up these sets and the box itself gives you a great indication of the richness of the shades you’re going to get. And here’s a closer look at the line up.
Ciate Haute House Collection Shades:

- Tickle My Fancy – rich emerald
- Sass Pot – liquified lightning purple
- Can Can – deep burgundy
- Knee Highs – royal blue
- For The Thrill Of It – molten gold
Ciate Haute House Collection Swatches
Ciate Haute House polishes have been formulated as ‘1 stroke’ polishes and 4 out of the 5 of them could definitely be used this way – particularly Tickle My Fancy which was incredibly easy to paint. As I am a creature of habit, I gave them all 2 coats and I found that the golden bronze shade, For the Thrill of It, actually required 3, although they were fairly thin coats.

I have taken some photos with flash and some without as I found that not all of them were coming out true to life on the same camera setting. I think these photos are as close as I can get and I they are a pretty good reflection of the colours.
My two Ciate Haute House faves are the green, Tickle My Fancy, and the blue, Knee Highs. I absolutely love the high shine finishes of these polishes and how intensely pigmented they are. For the Thrill of It is my least favourite but it is still a beautiful polish.
The Ciate Haute House Collection is available in Selfridges for £22.

This is so cute – I especially love ‘Can Can’. It’s an unusual shade and perfect for autumn!
These are lovely! Perfect winter colours, I wonder if I can get them in Canada!
