What is Charlotte Tilbury Scarlet Spell

Scarlet Spell is a stunning rich, winter, red berry shade that will be perfect for the party season. I literally couldn’t wait to get it on my lips and I love how it looks.

The shade has been designed to flatter all skin tones and Charlotte is calling it a ‘Little Black Dress’ for lips!

The lipstick itself has a really unique design on the bullet, with super cute velvet effect lip prints. I absolutely love it.

This is such a beautiful berry red shade.

It applies effortlessly in true Matte Revolution style. It’s one of best matte lipstick formulations out there, in my humble opinion. It glides on effortlessly, never dries out, is super long lasting and stays feeling really comfortable on the lips.

Charlotte Tilbury are recommending the Lip Cheat in Supersize Me* if you are looking for a lip liner to use with Scarlet Spell.
