What is the Charlotte Tilbury Cosmic Pearl Palette?

Cosmic Pearl is a brand new eyeshadow quad and is one of the two new Luxury Palette of Pearls in the Holiday 2021 collection. The other palette, that shares the same pretty pearly packaging, is called Celestial Pearl.

The palettes work on the same principle of Prime, Enhance, Smoke, and Pop. They are colour-coded to light up your eyes.

Each shadow type uses unique ingredients for different effects:

Prime shade:

• Pearlised pigments – For rich colour effects, sparkle and lustre
• Silky Mica – offering a soft gliding effect allowing easy application with a silky-smooth finish
• Glossy Ester – Building the colour intensity and brightness to new levels of performance
• Micronised Powders – For multi-dimensional colour with depth
• Silicones – To give a silky, luxurious creamy touch

Enhance shade:

• Shimmering Powder – Gives powders a rich, luxurious texture to impart a gorgeous glow
• Silky Mica – offering a soft gliding effect allowing easy application with a silky-smooth finish
• Emollient Esters – for excellent shading, adding a soft texture that is easy to blend

Smoke shade:

• Duochrome pigments – Two distinct shimmery shades that play with the light
• Smoothing Polymers – With a soft-focussing, smoothing effect

• Squalane – For an easy-to-blend formula
