CC Cream: B. Confident Colour Correction Cream Review, Swatch, Before and After Photos

I love checking out new skin bases and this is the latest one from Superdrug’s excellent own-brand makeup range, B. Take a look at B. Confident Colour Correction (CC) Cream.

So CC creams bring skincare and makeup together and are all about colour correction. As I am a true believer in SPF all year round, I am particularly impressed by B.’s offering of SPF 45. As well as sun protection the B. Confident Colour Correction Cream contains colour correcting pigments to knock out any redness in the skin and cover imperfections.
In terms of skincare we have the all important inclusion of skin moisture hero Hyaluronic Acid and it claims intense moisturisation for 12 hours. To improve elasticity and tone, there is Vitamin B derivative niacinimide in there too. Sounds good doesn’t it?
And you know what?! It is good. Here are the before and after photos:

I have to say, I was instantly impressed with B. Confident Colour Correction Cream. The shade I used is light and it blends really nicely on the skin, feels very moisturising and gives the most healthy and youthful looking glow. I feel like it makes my skin look lush and juicy, if you know what I mean?! The coverage is buildable so you can layer up to conceal anything more obvious.
As you can see, it is really illuminating and freshening, and after this I just added I tiny bit of powder (the Clarins Loose Mineral Powder which takes down shine without flattening the glow) to my t-zone.
It’s lovely stuff and really suitable for looking after winter skin in terms of protection and nourishment.

Aw this was good! I love how it matches your skin tone and how it doesn’t fully cover up, because when it does it tends to look a little bit fake in places, but you have pulled this off really well.
I really like this range! Their micellar water is really good too 🙂 xx
