I think the packaging is so cute! What a lovely touch with the honeycomb pattern on the lid and the tiny bee emblem. It is all about the bees after all.
I’m really impressed with the Burt’s Bees Lip Gloss shade range and I think the subtle but important nuances between them show a real attention to detail when it comes to colour. Here are the swatches – top row: Atumn Haze, Fall Foliage, Sweet Sunset, Sunny Day, Ocean Sunrise and Rosy Dawn.

Bottom row swatches: Spring Splendour, Summer Twilight, Evening Glow, Ruby Moon, Nearly Dusk and Starry Night.
I popped 4 of the shades on my lips. I like the feel – it is fairly heavy on the texture front but this definitely helps the pigment and shine cling to the lips and having played with these for a few hours, I’d say they are rather long lasting for a gloss.

They were lovely to apply, although I found the finish of Starry Night (which is the darkest shade of the bunch) a little tricky to get even.
As I said, I am really impressed with the shades, and there are some beautiful nudes in there that will be amazing for everyday wear and care. Talking of which, they contain Jojoba Esters, Sunflower Polyglycerides and Botanical Oil.
The Burt’s Bees Lip Glosses cost £8.99 and launch soon. There are also some lovely new additions to the Lip Shimmers, Lip Shines and the Tinted Lip Colours. I’ll update soon.

I never get on well with a gloss, always find them a big ‘nothingy’! These look lovely though, might pick up *another* nude for the collection!

I love Burts Bees, and am so excited to see these. Where are they available to buy, as I never actually see them in store?
