Bumble & Bumble CitySwept Finish Review with Before & After Photos

I am a major fan of Bumble’s Thickening Dryspun Finish, so I was really keen to try out the latest launch from the brand, CitySwept Finish.

CitySwept is all about ‘street-style cool girl’ hair, and although I am not entirely sure what street style hair is, I kind of get the idea. The aim is to get lived-in, second day hair, without having to wait until day 2. I tested it out on just washed and wanded hair:

I misted the Bumble CitySwept Finish through the lengths of my hair, lifting up sections and letting it fall through the mist, as directed.

I then raked my fingers through the lengths to break up the waves and add sheeny definition. It added great texture and separation to the brushed out waves, and enabled me to shape the hair really well.

CitySwept comes out as a fine mist and Bumble describe it as a “unique hybrid product that sprays like a hairspray, defines like a wax and softens like a cream”.  I really like it and it’s perfect to mess up a fresh, fluffy do and give it ‘cool girl’ texture!! Ha ha! Not sure if I quite pull off cool girl though – don’t think any kind of hairspray can do that particular trick for me!!
