I adore the idea of wet look lacquer liner – there is something about super black glossiness around the eyes that really appeals to me.
And this does have a lovely lacquer finish. This is a fine-ish coat that I did quickly to test it out. I like!

It is hard to capture the lacquer effect without seeing it move, but it does have a nice shine that you can build up in layers.
It lasts well too and so it’s a thumbs up for performance as well. Not bad for such a bargain price.

Looks really nice! I have trouble with liquid eyeliner, I have hooded eyes and I struggle 🙁 I think your skin looks amazing!! I wish I had skin as lovely as yours, I keep getting the odd pimple and I’m past my mid 30’s now!
