I could never have predicted how excited I’d get about the Body Shop Spa of the World Candles! I have been so impressed by this new luxurious, yet affordable line and I have never tried a candle from the brand. In fact, I didn’t even know they did them. I fell in loved with these two candles as I was opening up the parcel because they smelt so good straight away! Here’s what you need to know.
Body Shop Spa of the World Candles Scents
The Body Shop has been working to create natural scented candles for the last five years and they have come up with a 98% natural formulation that includes Community Trade shea butter from Ghana. Not only do they use high quality ingredients but they are kind to the environment too.
I have two of the Body Shop Spa of the World Candles to show you – the Mediterranean Sea Salt Candle and the Hawaiian Kukui Candle.
Mediterranean Sea Salt Candle
I have never had a sea salt candle before and I am so happy to have this one! It is a beautifully fresh candle that is inspired by beauty rituals from the Mediterranean Sea. It is an invigorating and refreshing aroma that combines the crisp scent of the sea with salt flower and marine notes. Just gorgeous and perfect for burning during the day.
Hawaiian Kukui Candle
The Kukui nut is known for absorbing the radiance of the sun’s rays. This candle reflects that with its warm, solar accords. This one creates a relaxing, spa-like vibe that will transport you to a Hawaiian island. I shall be burning this one in the evenings.
The Body Shop Spa of the World Candles are extremely reasonably priced at £15 for a 200g candle. The packaging is excellent and they look really luxurious. Quite the bargain for a candle lover.
