Bigger Brighter Eyes Tutorial with Charlotte Tilbury Video

To make a change, I thought that I’d do a makeup video this time and I decided to test out Charlotte Tilbury’s Bigger Brighter Eyes products and tricks. This is a bit of a raw experiment into how effective Charlotte’s Bigger Brighter Eyes approach is, especially as I am not very good at eye makeup. Obviously Charlotte can make eyes look bigger and brighter but can the average makeup lover without professional skills do it? Check out this video to find out!!
