The formulation is really lovely – it is extremely light, glides over the skin easily and feels weightless. It has a light aroma which is quite fresh but I don’t notice it at all once I am wearing it.

Once pump is enough to cover the whole face and I love the instant effect it has on my skin.

I used Too Faced Born This Way Foundation and it went on even more smoothly than normal with a definite ‘lit from within’ glow. I love this foundation already but I think the BECCA Backlight Priming Filter delivered a more perfected look with a very natural looking boost in glow. Lovely.

And I loved it with all my makeup applied too.

Everything lasted super well, much longer and more flawlessly than without Backlight, so I am really pleased. The lipstick is Kat Von D Santa Sangre.

BECCA Backlight Priming Filter is £32. Buy it in the UK at HERE, and in the US at HERE. This could potentially be one of the nicest primers I have tried.
