So if you ever wanted something weightless to set your BareMinerals Bareskin foundation or indeed any foundation you like, without dulling your complexion, then you are in luck! Here is the BareMinerals Bareskin Perfecting Veil – another step to flawless!

This is a brand new advanced finishing powder that uses light reflecting optic technology to illuminate whilst minerals work to balance the skin and absorb oil.

bareMinerals bareSkin Perfecting Veil promises to instantly diffuse the appearance of imperfections, uneven skin tone and discolouration, “leaving your makeup set for beautiful, all-day wear”.
bareMinerals bareSkin Perfecting Veil Formulation

This is a clever formulation that both mattifies and illuminates the skin:
- Light-reflecting optics blur the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
- A special blend of oil-absorbing minerals balance the skin’s surface to create a soft focus finish
- Lilac Plant Stem Cells & Vitamin C brighten the skin and diminish the appearance of dark spots
- Weightless formula that doesn’t settle into fine lines
bareMinerals bareSkin Perfecting Veil Shades
The Perfecting Veil is available in 2 shades:
- Light to Medium
- Tan to Dark

The powder itself feels super silky and soft and although the sample I have here is way darker than I could use, the texture is so light that it literally disappeared into my skin when I blended it. I am really looking forward to trying the Light to Medium shade to set the t-zone of my bareSkin Serum Foundation in Bare Linen 03. I’ll update this post with a photo of that soon.
bareMinerals bareSkin Perfecting Veil launches February 2015 for £22 here in the UK. It is already available in the US. Find bareMinerals at Boots.
