B. Makeup New Lip Products For Autumn

With the start of autumn soon, it is time to swap makeup to reflect the changing seasons and trends. An affordable way of doing this is to change up your lipstick. There are so many different lip products available nowadays and B. Makeup is a great range to try without breaking the bank. B. Makeup is found at Superdrug, it is vegan and cruelty-free and offers quality and affordable products.

B. Makeup Lip and Cheek Tint

I love multitasking products and B. Lip and Cheek Tint is such a product. I have it in the shade Crimson Caress to try. This product offers quite a nice subtle flash of colour when blended on with your fingertips, great for that fresh faced flush when aiming for a natural look. If you are after something a bit bolder then apply with a brush to lips, or a beauty sponge to the cheeks. As a cream based product it is best not to powder over the top as it can look cakey. I found this product lasted well, I didn’t notice any breakdown on my cheeks. Find it here

B. Makeup Matte Liquid Lips

B. Matte Liquid Lips are available in 8 different shades. They are like every other matte liquid lip on the market in that they apply wet and then dry down matte and come in a range of neutral through to bold shades. I have one bold and one neutral to show you today.

The neutral I have is from the Cassie Lomas collaboration. Cassie is a well-known makeup artist and has lent her name to a select few products. The shade I have is “All About mMe”. It’s a sort of beigey pink shade. I thought I would really like this shade once I saw it in the packaging, and then swatched on my arm. Unfortunately when I applied it to my lips I found that it didn’t suit my complexion at all, however it is a nice shade so well worth swatching to see if it suits you.

The second matte lip I have is called “Frolicked” a nice vibrant pink. This is such a great bold shade and I love it. It swatched true to life and looked the same when applied to my lips. I found these applied well and dried down quickly, however there was a lot of transfer when eating or drinking so be prepared to reapply. For the price, there are others priced similarly which I have found to be longer lasting. Find them here

B. Makeup Luminous Silk Lipstick –  Suis Moi

B.Makeup offer different finishes for their lipsticks. I have tried two, the first from the luminous silk range called “Suis Moi”. It’s a bit difficult to describe this shade, it’s like a wine/mauve shade which is stunning! Out of all the products and shades I have tried this is my favourite, it is such a pretty shade that I would happily wear for work or play, and the formula is lovely. Find them here

B. Makeup Velvet Matte Lipstick Raucous

The final lipstick is from the Velvet Matte Range called “Raucous”. This is a sort of tomato soup, fire engine red shade and isn’t really my cup of tea. However it is a nice finish, isn’t drying and is quite pigmented and long lasting. I did find that after eating I was left with more of a stain than a lipstick so I would reapply after eating and drinking, otherwise it’s a good product. Find it here
