Avene has long been one of my favourite French skincare brands. Their focus on sensitive skin really impresses me as not many brands can call that their sole aim.

I’ve tried quite a few products from the brand and I’ve never been let down. When my skin is particularly flaring up, I know I can count on Avene to sort me out.
I normally go for their Intolerant Range for Very Sensitive skin as they have minimal ingredients yet are still effective. The range is free from fragrance and parabens which means there’s no hidden ingredients which will aggravate sensitive skin.

That’s where the 3 Step Routine for Sensitive Skin comes into play. There’s everything you’d need for a simple skincare routine to keep your skin in check.
Avene Eau Thermale 3 Step Routine Contents:

The set comes with two 50ml travel sized bottles of the Extremely Gentle Cleanser which is a lightweight lotion that softly removes dirt from the face and is infused with the Avene Thermal Spring Water to reduce reactivity and leave your skin calm.

Of course no set would be complete without said Thermal Spring Water Spray which is a brilliant product for soothing the skin instantly. I use this all over the face to create a barrier for long lasting comfort which in turn reduces redness and irritation. This also works extremely well on sunburn, razor burn and even nappy rash.

I absolutely love the Skin Recovery Cream which comes with a nifty squeeze pump that dispenses just the right amount of product. This is a fast absorbing, highly lightweight cream which gives a great amount of comfort on the skin. It keeps my face hydrated and irritation free.
If you have redness or generally sensitive skin then you have to try Avene and this little set is perfect! Find it to order online HERE

Ooo I am most intrigued by this set. Love the gentle to skin aspect; I’m curious to see whether it would help with redness from acne and acne scarring. X
