This bottle of heaven has been an absolute life saver this week! This is my new bed time essential, The Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Massage Oil. Addicted!

I am sorry for the poor photo but this was taken just after I used it right by my bed and that is where the bottle is staying!! 

This week, before I pop on my pyjamas, I have been slicking this over my body and then giving myself a quick shoulder massage before I literally melt into bed. Normally I hate going to bed! Rather ridiculously I always want to be awake and would prefer to be plugged in like an iphone to recharge rather than actually sleep (if only?).
But Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Massage Oil is making the process a whole lot nicer. I suffer with lots of tension in my shoulders from working at a computer for prolonged periods and this really helps to ease the ache. I also love it massaged into my arms if I have been carrying heavy bags and on my legs if I have done a lot of running around. Just the aroma makes me feel better and is so soothing and calming that sleep doesn’t seem so boring after all.
It contains:
  • Anti-inflammatory ARNICA to help heal bruising and gently nourish
  • Anti-inflammatory LAVENDER
  • ROSEMARY to improve circulation to stiff muscles
  • Warming GINGER to ease muscular aches and pains
I don’t have time for baths before bed, so this is the perfect fix for fast track relaxation. I completely recommend you give this a try if you’re looking for help to relax and de-stress.
