Andrea Fulerton Glamorous Nails Crystal Gemstones

What better fun is there to be had on a Sunday afternoon than sticking lots of lovely sparkly crystal gemstones on an accent nail of choice eh? I have been busying myself with the Andrea Fulerton Glamorous Nails kit.

Super blingy goodness! Here’s a little look at the kit:

It come with everything you need to decorate your manicure with crystals in any way you like. As you can see, I decided to completely cover my little finger nail which was loads easier than I thought it was going to be.

I did one thick coat with the Andrea Fulerton Gloss Up which is included and then just started popping them on. I found using the rubber end of the applicator a little hit and miss for picking up the gemstones. I poured out a few on to the table before I started and made sure they were facing up. I then dabbed my finger on them to pick up and place on the nail, and pushed them into place with the slanted end of the applicator.

The instructions tell you to work fast but don’t panic. If you go slow and the clear coat dries, you can just apply a bit more. 

You just finish off with a good coat of the Gloss Up and let it all set. It feels rather sturdy.  Perfect for the party season.

I am seriously tempted to do every nail (there are 1000 stones in the kit) but I don’t think I’ll be quite so confident applying them with my left hand! Next time I am going to use a silver or white base coat for extra sparkle!
