It was an absolute delight the meet Alesha Dixon last night in her role as Ambassador for Avon. What an absolute sweetheart…not to mention totally stunning!

And here is the Arctic Goddess Nailwear Pro+ collection in shades Chilling Teal, Green Goddess and Arctic Waters.
Gorgeous girls, Sam and Nic from Pixiwoo were there to share their tips on how to re-create Alesha Dixon’s Arctic Goddess look.

The Arctic Goddess eye look I saw on Alesha Dixon is absolutely stunning.

Pixiwoo say “apply a little of the lightest shade to the inner corner of the eye, this will give you the icy look. For contrast, apply the darkest colour to the outer corner of the eye and blend outwards, smudge a little on and below the lower lash line also to build the smokey effect. Finally, apply a little of the striking blue in the centre of the eye and blend towards the light and dark colours”.
I’m doing it!!
Here’s Alesha demonstrating what it looks like with her eyes closed. What a sweetie!!

Note Alesha’s flawless skin. She is pretty incredible! She put her beautiful complexion down to Avon’s Ideal Flawless foundation, but I kind of suspect it has a lot to do with genes!! Flippin ‘eck she is nearly 34 and doesn’t have a line on her face!! I do rate the Ideal Flawless foundation though, having said that.
I love a bit of Avon…not only because it was my first experience of the amazing world of beauty (ding dong…Avon calling!!) but also because they have seriously upped their game of late and are turning out some fabulous products.
Avon’s Limited Edition Artic Goddess Collection launches November 2012. Prices from £6.

  1. I am always a bit scared to meet celebrities in real life in case I end up being disappointed but aleesha is one of these people that you know you’re going to get on well with. Fab post! I love @pixiwoos fringe too. You all look absolutely gorgeous! Makeup wise, must find out what this green polish looks like in real life xx

  2. I think Alesha’s outfit is awful, but her makeup is great. She looks far better with her hair down, I think, although I suspect she had her hair up like this to better show off the makeup.

I never realised Sam was so tall!
