I really am loving everything about these candles from home fragrance brand, A Life with a View. For a start, what an incredibly romantic and uplifting brand name. A Life with a View just gives me a feeling of hope, an idea that our imaginations can take us wherever we want to be, even if our bodies or circumstances can’t.
And smells can be so transporting, inspiring and mood enhancing. The fragrance of The Loft is just beautiful and really does pick me up and drop me off right in one of my fave places in the world, New York.

Top Notes: Smoke, Chamomile, Thyme
Heart Notes: Rose, Patchouli
Base Notes: Vanilla, Cedarwood, Sandalwood. Musk
It is very beautiful – “Woodsmoke against green notes of chamomile and thyme create an illusion of Central Park, whilst a glorious vase of roses blends with the warming comfort of cedarwood, sandalwood and vanilla”. It is very soft and smooth and creamy, but bright and uplifting at the same time.
