Tom Ford Supernouveau Eye Color Quad Review & Swatches

Here’s one of the brand new eyeshadow palettes in the Tom Ford AW 2018 collection and it’s fab. Check out my photos and swatches of Tom Ford Supernouveau Quad.
I am loving the new quads. I have already shown you Virgin Orchid and Leopard Sun and they are so gorgeous. Make sure you check those out – Sun Leopard is a fave. Supernouveau is another beauty.
Tom Ford Supernouveau Swatches
The texture of the shadows is gorgeous. There are two shimmer shades, a satin shade and a matte shade in stunning neutral tones.
As you can see, this is a really wearable palette. The gold is super soft, smooth and creamy and potentially my favourite shade in the quad. It is stunning. The silver is super pretty. I don’t normally like the cooler metallics but this is really flattering.
I also love the taupey shade in this quad. It has a soft satiny finish and looks so lovely on the lids and looks a little mauve in the nicest way possible. The darkest matte shade is a little scary as it is super pigmented and I have to make sure I don’t go in too strong on the first strokes. You have to take that one quite gently.
All the shadows blend really well and are long lasting so the quality is totally there. It’s pretty versatile because you can swap in and out the gold and silver if you want to go warm or cool and if you want to go smoky, that dark matte will do that in a flash!
