I have been going on and on about the Tom Ford Summer 2016 collection and I can only apologise. It is very exciting for me. The thing is though, Soleil hasn’t hit UK shores yet and technically, we are still in Spring. So I think now is a good time to take a look at the absolute beauty that is the Tom Ford Last Dance Eye Color Quad. It is actually available to buy! It is an stunning palette and I have lots of photos and the shade swatches for you. Order it online HERE.
When I first saw Last Dance, I was a tiny bit scared of the blue, but then I saw Sam Chapman use it in a video and I started to fall for it. When I played with it again, I realised how absolutely perfect it is!! It’s so gorgeous!
Tom Ford Last Dance Swatches
This is a beautiful mix of shades. The first one is a pale yellow-cream with a sheen and really lovely to wash over the whole lid for a quick, fresh look.
The second is a gorgeous olive-green with taupey tones. It is fabulous for defining the eye contour. Next is the accent shade which is the one that initially scared me and now I love. It is a shimmering mid to dark blue. I like to apply this with my finger or a brush with a bit of water on.
The fourth shade is possibly my favourite I think. It is a dark green with warm undertones and it’s really pigmented. I really like this over my lid for a twist on a smoky look without trying to hard.
All the shades wear really well – it’s really good quality. LOVE it!! I have used it really likely in the photos here, for a day time look, but you can built up the intensity like the swatches and it is so striking!
