I don’t quite know why I got so excited about these smelling salts but I literally couldn’t get into them quickly enough!

How to use Therapie Crystal Clear Smelling Salts
If you’re feeling like you need something to wave away the brain fog, and instil a bit of clarity to your thoughts, then all you need to do is screw off the lid and take three to five deep breaths.
You can also just place it on your desk for a more subtle inhalation over a longer period of time. I prefer the idea of using it briefly for a bit of a wakeup call, and then screwing the lid back on to keep in all the therapeutic goodness.
The pot of crystals comes with a bottle of Crystal Clear Essence so that you can top up the crystals with the essentials oils when the scent starts to fade.

My Review
As I said at the top, I loved the Therapie Crystal Clear Smelling Salts the second I held them in my hands.
Not only do they look absolutely beautiful, but the therapeutic benefits really work for me. I stare at screens for hours on end and I find it very easy to lose focus. A few deep inhalations of this blend instantly brings me back to myself. It is super effective and actually a real moment of joy.
As I inhale, it feels like the blend travels instantly to my brain, and clears out the cobwebs in the most refreshing and satisfying way. It feels amazing. It is the perfect thing to keep nearby as I work to keep me on track.
I have only just starting using this, but I am told that the initial scent of the crystals should last a few weeks if you keep the lid on in between uses. Then you simply top it up with a couple of drops of the essential oil blend to make the crystals potent again.
It’s such a wholesome mind and body approach to creativity and productivity, and definitely a beautiful moment to be enjoyed in our busy lives. Totally recommend.
