I absolutely love theBalm. I first discovered it in the Birchbox store in New York and the Mary-Lou Manizer highlighter is literally one of the best things to ever come near my face. My love for it just grows and grows! The latest launch is called theBalm Meet Matte Hughes and it is a brand new range of long lasting liquid lipsticks. Long lasting liquid lipstick is a makeup genre that ranks very highly on my love list. So this is all looking very good!
So theBalm Meet Matte Hughes offers a long wearing formulation with a comfortable feel. Now this is what we are looking for!

Yes! I love these! They feel so so light on the lips which really is excellent for a long lasting matte. You can pretty much forget you are wearing them until you look in the mirror. They are easy to apply and very buildable too. You can opt for a stain effect by using a small amount of product, or simply layer up for a more full on effect.
I have been wearing Committed for about 4 hours now and it hasn’t budged a bit. I shall update this post later when I have worn it for a few more hours.
theBalm Meet Matte Hughes Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick is launching soon although I can’t see it online in the UK just yet. I don’t currently have the price in pounds but I know that they are $17 in the States. Find theBalm at Superdrug, ASOS and Feel Unique.
