So when I was exploring the new brand from Estee Lauder, the Estee Edit, one of the first things that grabbed my attention was Beam Team. That’s when the name of a product can get you way before you have even considered exactly what it is! And I am so pleased I picked it out because my first impressions are great. Here’s the low down on brand new The Estee Edit Beam Team Hydrate + Glow.

So the word Beam got me because Benefit’s High Beam was one of my first highlighter loves. The idea of beaming skin to me is like heaven. And The Estee Edit Beam Team Hydrate + Glow is a double-pronged attack for achieving the glowy skin of dreams.
The Estee Edit Beam Team Hydrate + Glow Features

- Use the touch-on beam cream to instantly highlight

When I first looked at the cream part of The Estee Edit Beam Team I was a tiny bit scared because it looked like the kind of product that could be bad for enlarged pores. But I am pleased to say, how it looks on my pores is one of the things I am most impressed with!
Here is the cream applied to my skin after serum:

And here is a closer shot of the pores:

They actually look alright – obviously you can still see them, and this product doesn’t claim to minimise them, but they actually look better than without anything, which is very impressive for a luminising product.

It feels super comfortable on the skin – like a light hydrating balm texture. I really like it. I then used the tiniest drop of Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder foundation, with a bit of concealer. I contoured with The Estee Edit Hi Lo Stylo, brightened up my under-eyes with The Estee Edit Late Night Eraser (which works better after makeup than before, in my opinion) and the lips were The Estee Edit Mattified Lipstick in Killin’ It. I used the highlighter in the lid and just tapped it on to the high points of my face.
It all lasted really well.

I definitely got stuck into all my new products (see the haul here.).
The Estee Edit Beam Team Hydrate + Glow is $50 and available at Sephora HERE.
