I do love a bit of Tarte and the newest eye palette is seriously appealing! Check out the little beauty that is the Tarte Golden Days and Sultry Nights Palette. I love the pretty bright packaging!! I ordered this from Sephora the other week and it was the packaging that got me!

It looks so bright and exciting doesn’t it?! Tarte Golden Days Sultry Nights contains 5 shades that are all evocative of a sexy summer.
Tarte Golden Days Sultry Nights Palette Shades
- Toes in the Sand
- Espadrilles
- Caparinha Cocktails
- Oceanview
- Tropical Sunset

There are 2 lovely soft matte shades – Toes in the Sand and Espadrilles. Toes in the Sand is excellent for evening out any discolouration on the eye lids and provide a lovely smooth base for colour. It is light enough to be used in the inner corners to brighten the eyes and also in the arch of the brow to lift and define.
Espadrille is a perfect crease shade for subtle and soft definition. It will also work perfectly all over the eye area for a hint of taupe, or as a base for darker skin tones. Lovely!
Then there are 3 shimmery shades – Caparinha Cocktails, Oceanview and Tropical Sunset.

I love the green and the bronze – they are lovely silky and smooth shimmers that glide on to the lids and make everything look glowing and even. The gold looks lovely in the palette but I am afraid it is a little chunky for me, and if you have any crepiness at all on your lids, it will emphasise this. I think I am only going to be able to use this one on the inner corners.
On the whole Tarte Golden Days Sultry Nights is a lovely palette. I have to say though, I much prefer the Sultry Sunset Palette I featured back on March, even though it lacks the pops of colour this one has.
You can order Tarte Golden Days Sultry Nights from Sephora for $36. Apart from the gold, I’m a fan.
