Everything I have tried from SUQQU I have absolutely loved. The makeup is gorgeous and the lipstick I tested was genuinely one of the loveliest formulas I have tried. I have sampled the skincare at an event but this is the first time I have tried one of the masks and, I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. Here’s the lowdown on the SUQQU Moisture Rich Mask.

So the claim is that “whether you have a special occasion coming up or you just want your skin to look its very best every day, SUQQU Moisture Rich Mask will become a staple in your skin care regime, to rejuvenate and restore skin’s vitality.”

I was really excited to try this because I have heard amazing things about the skincare, and masks are my favourite because I love to see instant improvement in my skin.

SUQQU Moisture Rich Mask Formula

 Moisture Rich Mask addresses the issues that ageing inflicts on the skin and promises to:

• Dramatically improve the skin’s ability to retain moisture
• Permeate each layer of the skin to hydrate
• Deliver plumped and youthful looking skin

It uses:

• A gel-type texture that adheres tightly to the skin
• Creates a seal that locks in moisture
• A blend of Rose, Iris and Jasmine for a luxurious experience
• Pear Juice Ferment helps to retain moisture
• Royal Jelly Extract helps to produce Hyaluronic Acid to plump the skin

All you do is apply to the whole face, including the eye and lip area. You are supposed to use a 10 pence piece size but I think I went slightly over the top as I seemed to have rather a lot of  product. Defintiely less next time!

It feels very sticky as you apply it and the clear gel starts to turn a little white. You leave it for 5 minutes (I think I did more like 10) and then tissue off. It still feels quite sticky after so I used a tiny bit of rose water on a pad just to smooth things over.

My skin looked so plump and juicy after!! This mask absolutely delivers on its hydration promise and my skin looked and felt intensely nourished, much like after I have a full on facial! I was really very impressed. It will be perfect to use the night before a special occasion, and I say ‘night before’ because I think the results definitely last a day or 2. Also it does feel a little tacky after so it’s probably best to leave the skin makeup free and hit the sack!
