Sunday Riley A+ High Dose Retinoid Serum Key Ingredients

Retinol Ester

Helps fight the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines and encourages the signs of clearer skin without the drawbacks of retinol.

Retinol

Stabilized and liposomal-encapsulated retinoid, which extends the lifespan of the active ingredient while making it more bioavailable (and less aggressive) to the skin.

CoQ10

This topical antioxidant may improve the appearance of ageing or UV-exposed skin, for a healthier-looking, balanced complexion.

Hawaiian White Honey

A pro-skin humectant, rich in phytonutrients to reduce the appearance of surface redness and skin sensitivity while providing hydration.

There’s lots of exciting stuff in here and I love that it’s all about serious retinol results without the feeling, flaking and irritation. You will still need to be careful though because retinol is very strong, so I’d suggest working up to this.

I haven’t had a chance to test this out properly just yet, as I have quite a few different products on the go right now, and it doesn’t pay to go overboard, but I have had a little play. The texture is lovely. It is a light emulsion that slips over the skin and sinks in really nicely.

It has been formulated to be applied at night on clean skin. I recommend starting with it 2-3 times a week and then building up the frequency of application. When I have a chance to try it out, I’ll update here.
