SPF is a product you can’t be without during the Summer or at a festival. I can’t tell you how many times that I’ve have got burnt at a festival so I will never be without an SPF or two now! The Piz Buin Instant Glow Skin Illuminating Sun Spray SPF 30 is one of my favourite SPFs of the moment as it actually illuminates the skin with a subtle golden shimmer, perfect for festivals! This is sweat and water resident and will protect your skin against UVA/UVB rays.

I always forget about putting SPF on my hands. However the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Visibly Renew Hand Cream with SPF 20 is another new favourite of mine. This will not only provide intense hydration for the hands while protecting against sun damage but it will also help prevent the appearance of brown spots. It doesn’t leave my hands feeling greasy either which I am a massive fan of!

After a day in the sun, you are going to need to top up the skins hydration. The Aveeno Daily Moisturising After-Shower Mist has been clinically proven to moisturise for up to 48 hours and helps seal in moisture to post-showered skin. This leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth and never feels greasy on the skin. I also like how quickly it absorbs into the skin.

Festivals tend to be dirty places, so you will need all the wipes with you! I never use face wipes to remove my makeup but when at a festival, you have to! The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Facial Wipes are pretty good at removing makeup and do well at removing waterproof mascara too. These have hyaluronic acid in so they are going to help hydrate the skin as well. I don’t usually like baby wipes as I find them to irritate my skin but the Johnsons Top-to-Toe Baby Washcloths are amazing! They are on the bigger side and actually leave a fresh scent on the skin. They don’t dry out my skin, they just leave my skin feeling refreshed and ready to go.

I like to keep my skincare as simple as possible for festivals and the Neutrogena Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Oil-Free Moisturiser is great for the summer time. It hydrated the skin well without clogging my pores and is very lightweight on the skin. I used to use the Clean & Clear Advantage Spot Treatment Gel a lot when I was younger and it still works well for me. This works so quickly to help reduce the size of the spot, within four hours! I have never found this to be overly drying on the skin either.

The final product I have started to keep in my handbag are the Compeed Blister Plasters, these are life-saving whenever I wear new shoes or end up walking a tonne! These stay in place well and helps the healing process while relieving pain instantly.
