Sheet masks have been well and truly embraced and are now part of most people’s skincare regime. I love sheet masks because of the intense treatment they deliver to your face in a non-messy way. The Su-Man Facial Glow Rejuvenating Mask is a high end, luxurious sheet mask which promises to instantly energise and soothe skin, as well as making skin softer and giving you a more youthful glow.

Su-Man Facial Glow Rejuvenating Mask Review

Su Man is a leading celebrity facialist and skin care pioneer and this new bio-cellulose mask is said to mimic the net like structure of the skin, delivering serum deep in to the face. In fact the claim from this mask is that it’s a natural alternative to Botox. That’s a big claim.

I’ve been thinking about getting Botox for quite a while now but I haven’t yet done it. I’m not scared of the injection, what I’m scared of is disappointment. What if Botox doesn’t instantly get rid of my deep frown line and give me taut young looking skin? And so I was dubious about the Su Man mask’s claim.

A few days ago I took the plunge and luxuriated on my bed with the sheet mask on my face for 15 minutes. Applying the mask is really easy. The mask is in between two sheets, so you peel one sheet off, put the mask over your face, take the outer sheet off and then smooth the actual sheet mask on to your face. This mask is so packed full of serum, that it hugs the contours of your face and stays on comfortably.

What I can tell you is this is a game changing mask. When I took the mask off, I thought I must be stood in particularly good lighting. My face looked firmer, really clear and bright and I am convinced that my frown line was less prominent. I spent the rest of the evening examining my face and it just glowed, in all different lights! I could not believe what this mask had done to my frown line though. Obviously it is still there but the deeply penetrating nourishment and hydration that the mask’s ingredients were able to deliver to this area really benefited it and seemed to plump it out. I am excited to see the improvement in my skin with a regular once a week use of this mask.

The Su-Man Facial Glow Rejuvenating Mask key ingredients and benefits are:

  • Orchid extract – a powerful mineral-rich anti-oxidant used in Asia for centuries, promotes radiant, refreshed and silky-smooth countenance
  • Seawater mineral concentrate – an ideal balance of minerals and vitamins help skin look and feel instantly revitalised.
  • Brown Algae (Sodium Alginate) – soothes and helps deliver a more hydrated, brighter-looking skin
  • Peptides – aid in imparting a plumped, supple and more youthful appearance to skin

Yes this is a high end mask but at £42 for 4 masks, so £10.50 per mask, and with the results I have seen, it is a great buy.
