From what I can see on social media right now, blue nail polish is having quite a moment and one of my absolute new faves is Exit the Void from the Smith and Cult Spring 2017 collection. It’s a stunner! I have it here to show you with a full hand swatch.
I love this brand. Each collection is precisely edited and very concise, so you are never overwhelmed and you know each shade is perfectly on trend. There are three new shades for Spring 2017.
Smith and Cult Spring 2017 Collection
- Sugarette – opaque frosty golden cloud (limited edition)
- Exit the Void – opaque periwinkle blue (limited edition)
- Glass Souls – large and small silver glitter particles suspended in a clear base
I adore their edgy packaging and the formulation, which is 8-Free, is consistently on point. It’s easy to apply, gives a beautiful smooth finish, and then lasts and lasts. Love it.
Being a fan of a blue nail, I went straight for Exit the Void, and it is perfection. I rarely re-paint my nails twice in a row with the same colour, but I did with this.
Smith and Cult Spring 2017 Exit The Void Swatch
It is such a stunning shade – it is rich yet bright, and eye-catching yet chic. It is springtime perfection. Love it. I can’t keep all the nail polishes I review for the blog, but I am keeping this one for sure.
