This is big news for fans of the OCC (Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics) Lip Tar liquid lipstick. It has had a complete makeover in the form of these ‘Ready to Wear’ cylindrical tubes and a nifty doe-foot applicator. Before you had a squeezy tube and had to reach for a brush – but those days are gone with the introduction of OCC Lip Tar RTW.

For me, this is amazing. I am so not a whizz with a lip brush and for that very reason, I have pretty much steered clear of Lip Tar, in spite of the allure of their brilliant name. Well now is my time to get Obessive and Compulsive about these lips lovelies. They are pretty incredible!

OCC Lip Tar RTW Features

- Same formula as the original matte liquid lipstick
- Convenient tube
- Easy to use doe-foot applicator
- Gluten free and silicone free
- 100% vegan
- Peppermint oil – natural antibacterial and anti-microbial

OCC Lip Tar RTW Swatches

I have the shades Memento, Sebastian, Anime, and Black Metal Dahlia:

The formulation of these is incredible. They stick to your lips instantly and give opaque coverage in the lightest swipe. And they last and take some fairly heavy duty removing.
Memento:

Sebastian:

Anime:

Black Metal Dahlia:

I love these shades apart from Sebastian which I think is most certainly an acquired taste! It was rather odd because my partner was with me when I swatched them on my lips and he said that the grey cement shade was his favourite. I am still unsure as to whether he was winding me up. My son Ben said it was totally disgusting! I think I am with Ben…
OCC Lip Tar RTW in Black Metal Dahlia is autumnal perfection. I can’t wait to wear this will a really perfected skin, highlighted cheek bones and rose gold eyes! Yum.
OCC Lip Tar RTW is £11.50 and available from Love Makeup. If the original format just seemed like too much hard work, then this is your time.
