Wellbeing seems to be very much in the spotlight at the moment. Whether it’s mindfulness, achieving that perfect work/life balance, connecting with people or perfecting our exercise or sleep routines, there’s advice out there for becoming more resilient in almost every aspect of our daily lives.

I’m really keen to try more from NEOM.
