NEOM Hand Balms Review – Nourish, Breathe & Sleep

I love me some NEOM. They always manage to create mind-changing, mood-altering scents that can turn a not-so-good day into a much better day. As I am not the best sleeper in the world, the idea of a hand balm that can send me to sleep is incredibly appealing. I have been testing Nourish, Breathe & Sleep which is one of the new NEOM Hand Balms. Here’s the low-down.

NEOM Hand Balms Range

There are four new balms in the NEOM line up:

Well I want to be calm and energised and smiley, but I know that it’s hard to be any of those things if you don’t get enough sleep. And so I really wanted to test out the Nourish Breathe & Sleep Neom Hand Balm because I know how much better a good night’s sleep can make me feel.

The Sleep balm uses Neom’s gorgeous Tranquility scent which is the signature of the Scent to Sleep range. The blend of essential oils includes English lavender, sweet basil and jasmine and is the perfect bedtime treatment to prepare you for a good night’s sleep. It smells AMAZING.

The balm itself is wonderful. It uses shea butter and cocoa butter to deeply nourish and hydrate. I simply massage it into my hands just after I get into bed and then cup my hands over face and breathe in deeply a few times. It is very soothing and calming and whilst it doesn’t knock me out instantly, the practice of focusing on my breathing along with the incredible aroma is literally the most relaxing thing. Considering that I tend to work on my PC and then stare at my phone right up until I get into bed, it is the perfect reset.
