It takes quite a lot for me to write about a hand cream because I don’t often find them that exciting. And because I am addicted to my body products, I find that I usually use those on my hands too and it is fairly adequate. However, I have completely fallen for the Neals Yard Garden Mint & Bergamot Hand Cream because it is such a delight to use.

It is on my list to get into hand cream because we have all heard those horror stories about your old haggardy hands giving your age away. I always feel like it’s one of my deep, dark beauty secrets that I don’t use it!

So I love it when I find a great one. Neals Yard Garden Mint & Bergamot Hand Cream is incredible because I absolutely adore how it smells.

The garden mint is fresh and clean but it is the Bergamot that really does it for me. And this is a great Bergamot! When it is captured well, I find it so uplifting and motivating – it is my happy scent.

And apart from this being a tube of my happy scent, it is also a beautiful light texture that sinks into the skin really quickly and instantly relieves, hydrates and softens dry skin. It is absolutely perfect as a pick me up during that mid-afternoon slump – great for the skin and great for the spirit.

In fact, Neals Yard do this kind of dual approach to the body and mind very well indeed. If I am feeling particularly restless and know that I am going to struggle to get to sleep I often pop on the Neals Yard Beauty Sleep Concentrate with lavender and it helps to lull me off to sleep and also deeply nourish and hydrate my skin. I really must blog about it!!
