Well it’s great to see Models Own doing a fabulous job with their new makeup collections. The latest launch is very pretty indeed – check out Models Own Dare To Bare. We are talking nude perfection!

This limited edition colour collection is sure to be a serious crowd pleaser. With just one look at the colour scheme and design of the packaging, I was hooked!

Models Own Dare To Bare Collection Contents
- Semi-matte lipsticks in 5 shades £6.99
- HyperGel nail polish in 5 shades £4.99
- Eyeshadow palette with 10 shades £14.99
- Finishing Powder for all skin tones £9.99
I was really excited to get stuck in to this collection. Although we have featured the new Models Own makeup before, I haven’t personally tried anything from the new collections. The previous review was created by the lovely Hannah and she was impressed.
Dare to Bare Lipstick

This lipstick delivers a soft semi-matte finish which is really easy to wear:
- Expose – bare pink
- Stark – nude coral
- Kiss – deep rose
- Nude Beam – flushed rose
- Naked – pale mocha

Dare to Bare HyperGel
I am already a huge fan of the Hypergel formulation. Models Own are responsible for some of the best nail polishes on the high street, and it never disappoints. These shades are perfectly chic. I love nude nails and there’s one to suit every skin tone here.

- Skin Deep – rich rose
- Undertones – creamy pink
- Suede – delicate baby pink
- Emporor’s Clothes – earthy stone
- Deep Tan – caramel latte
Dare To Bare Finishing Powder

This is a super light finishing powder which can be used to set makeup, or over bare skin to softly mattify.
Dare to Bare Eyeshadow Palette

There are 10 soft shades:

- Nude – oatmeal
- Brave – fawn
- Unrobe – peachy brown
- Skin – cafe au lait
- Raw – chestnut
- Fearless – rich putty
- Unzip – ashen brown
- Stripped – malted pink
- Fine – golden sand
- Intuition – muted, pinky brown

As this is designed to be a nude collection, many of the shades disappear into my skin. Some of them are smoother and more pigmented than others, which I often find with all-matte palettes. I think I’d like some of them to be a bit creamier.
It’s such an easy to wear collection. The shades are beautiful and I am particularly impressed with the quality and textures of the lipsticks. I think they are my pick of the bunch.
The Models Own Dare To Bare collection will be available HERE from 18th August 2016.
