Ah it has been a while since I have written about any Melvita products but this is one of the brands I truly love. The oil cleanser, the floral waters and the extraordinary waters are staples in my skincare portfolio. I am excited to say that I am loving this brand new launch – the Melvita Argan+ Face Care Oil.
So Melvita Argan+ Face Care Oil follows in the footsteps of Melvita’s worldwide best selling Argan Oil. This new version has been supercharged with anti-ageing amino acids to firm, nourish and hydrate skin.
Melvita worked with Cellular Biologist Dr Elisabeth Devilard on new cosmetogenomic research that revealed that Argan Oil has a unique ability to improve cellular cohesion, strengthen cellular resistance and promote cellular youth resulting in more supple, moisturised, protected and comforted skin.
The new formula in Melvita Argan+ Face Care Oil has been enhanced to combine Sunflower Oil along with dry-touch esterified oil (water-removed) and billions of anti-ageing amino acids which deliver a triple firming effect and improved moisture barrier.
Melvita Argan+ Face Care Oil Texture
It has a beautifully light texture making it ideal for day use underneath your moisturiser like a serum. It can of course be used at night too and Melvita are also recommending it as a weekly intensive mask treatment massaged into the skin and left for 10 minutes, for nourished, plumped and bright skin.
It smells gorgeous. It uses natural citrus, floral and oriental notes mixed with the natural scent of Argan Oil. It really is a pleasure to use.
The ingredients for Melvita Argan+ Face Care Oil are ethically sourced from Morocco working in partnership with local berber women. It launches January 2015 and costs £32 for 30ml. Find Melvita at John Lewis.
