Although I am quite partial to a high end mascara, I genuinely think it is one of those products that the high street can do just as well, and so I was excited to try out the new Maybelline The Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara.

Everything in mascara seems to be about that curl and lift right now and this newbie is all about mega lifted volume and a false lash look.

It is really easy to apply and instantly lifts and separates the lashes. 2 coats is all you need to achieve a dramatic result. In fact, I would recommend fairly light coats because if you go too heavy on the second, it builds volume so quickly that it could go a little clumpy.

It definitely defines and lengthens beautifully, and the lashes are visible even from more of a distance – which is just what you want!
