If you are looking for a super black, densely pigmented liquid eyeliner from the high street, then I think I have found it. Check out the brand new Max Factor Masterpiece High Precision Liquid Eyeliner.

So this liner is a pretty innovative one, as you will see from the shape of the rather unique applicator. It kind of has a paddle shape that offers up different ways to use it for different results.

So I am getting on very well with this indeed. I had a swatch of it on my hand yesterday, and Ben my son commented on how precise and defined the lines appeared. He was pretty impressed! Also, I should add that that swatch did not budge all day. It stayed put right up until I removed it with makeup remover as I was going to bed. Not bad!

As you can see, the pigment is very dense and it gives a lovely dark and super black finish with a soft sheen. The colour flows through really easily and a single swipe delivers fantastically intense coverage. The applicator glides easily along the lash line for a pretty flawless result, even for an eye makeup amateur like me.

I have pretty oily lids, so I made sure to use a eye base to keep everything where it should be. This is a brilliant new launch from Max Factor. It is certainly a great job well done!
