If you haven’t heard of Mauli then I’d love to introduce this gorgeous brand to you which is all based on Ayurveda, the ancient Indian healing system. I have been enjoying the newest product launch, the Mauli Reawaken Hand and Body Lotion which has been made in England with over 90% organic ingredients and pure essential oils. Here’s the low down.

It smells absolutely heavenly and is instantly soothing and calming on the spirits. Funnily enough, it also had quite a calming effect on our super excitable new puppy! He’s goes a little wild at times but once he smelt the Mauli Reawaken Hand and Body Lotion I had applied to my hands, he calmed down. It was quite funny!!

Mauli is all about allowing a little time for you – to care for your skin and take a moment to pause and relax especially at times when you are feeling overwhelmed. Everything moves so fast these days that feeling overwhelmed can happen quite quickly and easily and it’s a good idea to have little strategies you can rely on to feel better. I am leaving this lotion on my desk to keep my hands soft and hydrated and to allow me to take a few moment to breathe in the aromas to calm my mind.
