I was so excited when I found out that Marie Reynolds was developing a sleep supplement because I find her supplement range to be so effective. Plus, sleep is definitely something that I need help with. I have been testing the Marie Reynolds Zedz Night Time Blend Sleep out for a couple of weeks, so here’s what you need to know.

What is Marie Reynolds Zedz?

This is Marie’s first supplement designed for night time and as a sleep enhancer. The blend uses specially selected herbal, amino acid, vitamin and mineral ingredients to aid sleep and relaxation.

It has been developed to help tackle:

• Insomnia and sleep disorders
• Tiredness and fatigue
• Stress and anxiety
• Restlessness
• Mild depression

Marie Reynolds Zedz is designed to promote:

• A sense of calm
• Quality of sleep
• Relaxation and rest

Marie says, “It aims to quieten a busy head, lower heart rate and reduce anxiety. It works as an anxiolytic (an anxiety reliever) and as a sedative, to increase relaxation and calm, and help bring about sleep.”

My Review of Marie Reynolds Zedz Sleep Supplement

As I said at the top, I have been using these every night for a couple of weeks in place of my regular zinc and magnesium supplements and I am loving them.

First of all, I feel like they are helping to make the ‘whole getting off to sleep’ process a much more relaxing experience. I seem to be thinking and worrying less about getting off to sleep, and just actually doing it!

Also, and this is a really good part, I think they have been giving me really good dreams! I have been having really interesting dreams! I told Marie about the dreams and she said that it means my corporeal soul is being worked on. Marie is big on Chinese Medicine, however, I don’t know much about it. I am pretty sure that working on my corporeal soul is good though!

When I wake up during the night, which I tend to pretty much every night, I find that I feel calm, rather than worried about laying there awake all night! And in general, I tend to go back to sleep pretty fast.

Also, I have a bit of a cold at the moment, and I am still sleeping well when I take the Marie Reynolds Zedz, so that is quite a win.

If you are struggling with sleep, I’d definitely suggest trying these out. I think they are particularly effective because they focus on calming the anxiety and brain activity that often leads to sleeplessness.

When my brain is going wild, sleep often seems impossible. The blend of ingredients in Zedz work very swiftly to help quieten my extremely loud mind, and make sleep very possible. I have noticed that I am so much less restless and fidgety.

I leave them by my bed side and take two as soon as I go upstairs, before I start getting ready for bed. I think you can probably take them earlier in the evening too.
