Although my skin is fairly blemish-free, I still absolutely love foundations that offer coverage on the full side. I don’t like anything heavy, but sheer foundations just don’t always do it for me. The description of the Marc Jacobs Remarcable Full Cover Foundation Concentrate spoke right to the heart of me. And guess what? I love it! Here’s the low down with before and after photos.

So this foundation is all about full, skin perfecting coverage in a super light texture. My dream.
Marc Jacobs Remarcable Full Cover Foundation Features

- Ultra-lightweight, oil-free foundation concentrate
- Delivers 24 hours of full-coverage wear
- Contains twice as much pigment as a leading full-coverage foundation

- Effortless blending and a smooth, soft matte finish
- One-of-a-kind dot applicator that allows for custom coverage
- Formulated without Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates
- 22 shades
The packaging is so lovely. You lift off the cap to reveal a ‘dotter’ with a silver lid, which you use to apply a few dots of the foundation after shaking.

I have shade Ivory 12 and I think it’s the perfect match for my skin. There are 22 shades in total which is pretty impressive.
Marc Jacobs Remarcable Full Cover Foundation Before & After

As you can see, it is full coverage and matte. I used to be all about the dewy looking (and still am some of the time) but there is something so appealing about a velvety soft matte finish to me these days.

The pigmentation in Marc Jacobs Remarcable Full Cover Foundation is incredible. Each tiny dot goes such a long way so I’d recommend starting small and adding if you want to build it up. My makeup sits beautifully on top of it and it lasts pretty much all day.
If I want a bit more of a juicy skin look (which I often do) I have most recently been using the new Tom Ford Radiant Moisture Souffle underneath this foundation and it gives the skin a gorgeous glow without losing the velvet matte finish. I have found I can use even less foundation this way for an equally perfected look. Adore it!

Read all about the makeup above – HERE. I think the texture is perfect for my combination skin. As it’s matte, dry skins might want to steer clear potentially – maybe get a sample?
I have heard some people say the bottle leaks but I took it on a flight and holiday with me recently and didn’t have any problems.
Marc Jacobs Remarcable Full Cover Foundation Concentrate is £37 and available to order online exclusively in the UK HERE. It is $55 in the US – you can order it HERE.
