MAC Kelly Osbourne Lipstick Swatches

As I was cruising through Selfridges a couple of weeks ago I made a beeline for the MAC counter and found myself right at the Osbournes! I just saw this photo I took on my phone of the MAC Kelly Osbourne Lipstick Swatches I did and thought I’d share it with you. There are 3 lipsticks in the collection but one of the testers had gone walkies so I just have 3 for you here.

From left to right I have KELLY YUM-YUM (bright blue pink satin), RIOT HOUSE (light vivid orange matte) and STRIP POKER (light nude matte). I really like them! The one that’s missing is actually the one I was least interested in – DODGY GIRL (light lavender matte) – I doubt I could ever get away with that shade!!

Looking at stock online, it seems that Kelly’s collection has actually been more popular than Sharon’s – although this is pure speculation on my part. Personally, I was a lot more attracted to Sharon’s collection when I read about it, but obviously more drawn to Kelly’s when I actually saw it in the store! Surprising! Makeup loving is all about following your instincts!

They both have quite a few pieces and interestingly they chose Sharon’s collection to showcase the new MAC Patent Polish Lip Crayons. Maybe this is because a sheeny lip is more flattering on older skins that a matte one? I think Kelly rocks a matte lip rather well and I think the paler shades really work on her. Dodgy Girl most definitely matches her current hair colour.
